Heather Khym is the cohost of the internationally popular Abiding Together Podcast. She and her husband, Jake, are the cofounders of Life Restoration Ministries, where she serves as director of vision and ministry of the British Columbia-based apostolate. She has more than twenty-five years of experience as a speaker and retreat leader, offering workshops and conferences in the United States and Canada.

CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FORMATION AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Jake is a Catholic leader with over 20 years experience in various ministry settings. He has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a concentration in Catechetics. Jake has worked in adult faith formation, seminarian and priestly formation, diocesan evangelization, catechesis, RCIA, retreat ministry, and has a private counseling practice for over 15 years.

Monique brings to Life Restoration Ministries more than 35 years experience in business management with an expertise in finance, human resources, and governance. She’s worked both in the corporate and charitable sectors. Monique is grateful for the life-giving work of LRM and to bring proven industry standard professional disciplines that supports the Ministry’s people and core mission. Monique lives in British Columbia with her husband, Rudy and is a proud mom and grandmother.

Armed with a unique blend of qualifications in Business Communication and Object-Oriented User Experience, he is dedicated to unlocking hearts and paving the way for meaningful encounters with Jesus. Beyond his professional journey, Dawson cherishes life in Calgary, Alberta, alongside his wife and daughter.
