Our Charisms
+ Environment of Encounter
We want to make emotional, physical, and spiritual space for people to meet Jesus. We do this by anticipating needs, inviting people into vulnerability, offering meaningful connection and play, etc. Whether this “space” comes from setting the lighting right, offering great food, or just asking intentional questions, all of this is with the intention to break down barriers and for Jesus to come close.
+ Spirit-Led Collaboration
We are made to serve alongside others, never alone. We are at our best when linking arms with those who have a shared heart as us and openness to the Lord. This collaboration can look like building content together, praying into a project together, or having someone with us as we serve. In every situation, we need to have a spirit-led collaborator with us.
+ Humble Confidence
In the spirit of St Therese of Lisieux, we are confident in who God has called us to be and sure of His ability. It allows us to say yes without hesitation, even when it feels big. We know its His power and not our own. This tension has to be held together at all times. We aren’t proud, but assured. We aren’t fearful, but know the glory points to God in all things.
+ Go Under the Surface
Life is found by searching for the hidden parts of the heart. Healing and freedom aren’t found in the shallows. We build trust, never forcing our way into someone’s heart, and then lead people with care. We give them a safe place to explore new territory. Through prophetic listening, and relationship that’s built through transparency and vulnerability, we move and guide towards healing and restoration.
+ Familial Spirit
We thrive in relationship with one another as spiritual fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters. Relating to one another in this dynamic allows us to press in with a deeper level of trust, honesty, and love. It requires immense vulnerability and trust on both sides, but the fruit is abundant. It clears a way for freedom, healing, and fully living into our identity. By living this way we reveal the nature of the kingdom of God.

Our charisms are the specific, consistent, and exceptional ways that the Holy Spirit has animated our organization over time. They are the rivers of grace that flow through us.
We use them as principles for how we live out the mission. If our brand was a person, these would be the specific attributes and gifts that come out in how we make decisions and express who we are.
