The Path of Life Retreat

There is a deep ache in us all that yearns for satisfaction and peace. Most of us are struggling to find that lasting peace, and we can get uneasy at the thought of having to give up whatever we are using to numb our ache. Jesus invites us to walk, The Path of Life, a road less traveled that leads to the ultimate satisfaction we all desire. By learning how to practically apply the deep riches of The Paschal Mystery, Jesus' Passion, Death, Resurrection and Ascension, our lives can be radically transformed. Through four life-giving and practical presentations, Jake Khym invites us to walk through the Path of Life and experience our heart's desire on the road less traveled.

Part 1 - Introduction

So often we lose perspective about why some things in life aren't going the way we hoped. In this talk, Jake shows us that Jesus not only saves us from our sin, but is the Way to the life we desire. If we follow the path Jesus walked, we rediscover who we are and how to live.

Part 2 - Ascension

In this talk, Jake exposes that the deep ache in our heart is for our real home in heaven. Without this perspective, our lives are often shallow and leave us wanting. Come to understand how our life in heaven is the satisfaction of everything we desire.

Part 3 - Passion

In this talk, Jake reminds us that walking with Jesus, in His passion and death, is not the life-long burden of our Christian journey, but is the most powerful means to the life we desire. Jake teaches us The Human Experiment, one of the most practical and effective ways to change our life.

Part 4 - Resurrection

In this talk, Jake opens to us the amazing fruits of the the Resurrection and how we can experience this in our own life. Jesus truly brings life to dead places, most especially the dead places in our hearts.
